1) How do I place an order?

Orders can placed on our website – by selecting “Place An Order” or by email us directly at info.BRPrinting@gmail.com

2) Can I cancel my order?

Our goal is to review and process orders as they are received.  If you order has been started, and depending on the service, we may not be able to cancel the order.  To request to cancel and order please email us at info.BRPrinting@gmail.com

3) Do you offer Printing Terms Or Credit?

Unfortunately, we do not offer Printing Terms or Credit, all orders require 100% payment before any work can begin. We accept Business Certified Checks, Money Orders, Visa and Mastercard.  You will be emailed an invoice to make the payment online.

4) What type of files should I email my designs?

We recommend: .JPG, PNG, GIF

5) If I have a front and back image, how should I send it?

Send the image on 2 separate files

6) When I submit an order – what is the average time it will be shipped?

Shipping times depends on the quantity of the order, our goal is to shipped large quantities within the 2 weeks and smaller quantities within 1 week.  However, you will be provided an estimate shipped date.  We do accommodate faster orders, please request once placing your order.

7) What mailing carrier do you use?

We typical use UPS as we find its reliable and easy to track, however, you can request a different carrier.
